The prize draw closes at midnight on 7th September 2008 and the winner will be announced by email within 24 hours. If a selected winner does not reply within 48 hours of being notified by email another winner will be selected. It is the entrant's responsibility to check their inbox (including spam folders or alike) for the winning notification email. The prize includes Billy Bag travel accessories comprising a small Chocolate Leather Travel Wallet, a Mandarin Rose Holdall and a Fold Out Mandarin Rose Tote together with travel and accommodation for two people to Paris up to the cost of £300. No cash alternative will be offered and LynkU’s decision is final.
The booking of the travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the winner. LynkU will remit to the winner the cost of travel and accommodation booked to Paris (or elsewhere if agreed in writing with LynkU) up to the sum of £300 in total on its satisfaction in its absolute discretion of evidence supporting the travel and accommodation booked. LynkU’s opinion is final in this matter. The prize winner must book the travel and accommodation within three months of the close the competition; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the travel and accommodation part of the prize.
Entrants to this competition please note that your email address will be included in LynkU’s weekly newsletter (which you can unsubscribe from at any time) and also be given to Billy Bag. Rest assured that LynkU does not sell email addresses to third parties. The prize winner consents to their name being announced as the competition winner in LynkU’s newsletter and website.
